The mission of Women in Business is to inspire women of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for personal and professional growth through leadership, education and networking.
Women In Business, a not-for-profit organization has existed for almost 30 years! We are one of the only organizations in Winona that recognizes and supports women in a variety of professions. Every month, our organization gathers around tables to network with other businesswomen while enjoying a great lunch and listening to a speaker that promotes personal and professional business growth. In one short hour, women working in a variety of industries connect to build long lasting relationships that will grow home-based and corporate business, and benefit family life and ultimately, the Winona community.
Women in Business luncheons are held on the third Thursday of the month, during the noon hour with a key-note speaker.
